Return & Refund

1. Subject to the returns or exchanges policy of individual brand supplier, to return specific items that are returnable, you need to email [email protected] for a return address and return the item within the “specific days” (refers to delivery and returns of each item) with registered mail. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning. Approved return request initiates the refund or exchange process accordingly. For refundable item, depending on the payment method you used for the order, the refund payment will complete within 7-14 working days to the original payment method. For exchange only item, you will receive a new product within 14 working days.

2. For damaged items, you need to email [email protected] within 7 days upon item delivery with the following:

– Invoice issued by our company

– Evidence of the damage (photos or video)

Once initially approved, our customer service manager will send you a return address and you need to return the items within 7 days upon receiving the instruction of return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning. Once our QC team receives the returning parcel, our QC process may take up to 3-5 working days. Due to the COVID-19 situation, our QC process will be extended to 7-9 working days instead of the usual 3-5 working days. The refund process will only begin once we have completed evaluating your product. Based on the checking results they may:

 i. Approve the refund request and initiate the refund process accordingly. Depending on the payment method you used for the order, the refund payment will complete within 7-14 working days to the original payment method.
ii. Reject the refund request and proceed to send the item back to you with the rejection reasons shared with you via email. 

3. Do take note that in order to help us understand your case better and process it faster, it’s best if you provide us with sufficient proof. You can send us your proof to our Customer Support Team. 

4. By returning the product, please note the below

– the packaging of the merchandise must be in the condition in which it was delivered to you; and

– you agree and accept that merchandise is acceptable for exchange subject to stocks availability.

– you agree and accept that it will be at the supplier’s sole discretion whether the merchandise is accepted for return or exchange. Under no circumstances will we accept the return of any merchandise directly to us or be held liable for your damages for whatever reasons.
